Counseling Service

What is Counseling?

Counseling is defined as a professional relationship that empowers diverse individuals, families, and groups to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career goals.

What is the Goal?

To go from surviving to thriving. FWF will incorporate your goals and strengths with evidence based interventions to help guide you towards your potential and feeling good about you and your life path.

How does it Work?

Counseling is a process that is less specific. It may be problems or feelings that are overwhelming and causing depressive or anxious symptoms. You may have been through experiences that have caused distress, confusion, and strained relationships.

Counseling is not as specific and may take more time but with FWF you will  be setting goals and gaining new awareness that are instrumental in developing movement towards getting back on your path.

How do I get started?

Give us a call or email us.  We are excited to speak to you and help you to begin your forward movement on your new  path of to enhancing your life.

"Probably the biggest insight...is that happiness is not just a place, but also a process. ...Happiness is an ongoing process of fresh challenges, and...it takes the right attitudes and activities to continue to be happy."

- Ed Diener
